You guys, sometimes I am not entirely in the mood to cook. I know this happens to everyone. So what does that mean for me? Well I usually do a few things:
1. I look to seasonal ingredients for inspiration, and usually that’s enough to do the trick to get me back in the kitchen.
2. I rely on really basic recipes that require little or no cooking. These healthy barbecue sides fall into that category.
4. I find other things to do with my time, and attack the never ending to-do list until the mood strikes again.
I’ll admit, today I didn’t feel like cooking at all. Like nada. Zilch. 1, 2 and 3 are a no-go. So I mostly just did 4.
I guess this is a round-about way of saying that I don’t have a new recipe for you. Today I sat at my computer, drank tea and made this pretty little photo collage on picmonkey.
