Simple Sautéed Swiss Chard

Step 1
Clean and prep chard by cutting off stems, rinsing and spinning in a salad spinner
Step 2
Chop the stems up, just like you would celery
Step 3
Cook onions and chard stems
Step 4
Add chard leaves, cover and let wilt
Step 5
Cook and stir until greens are tender
Step 6
Remove the skillet from the heat and drizzle on the Balsamic vinegar just before serving
