Ingredients

Step 1 and 2 Preheat oven to 400 degrees Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion, garlic, dried Italian seasonings, ¾ teaspoon salt and pepper, and cook, stirring often, until the onions are starting to brown

Step 3  Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. Add zucchini and mushrooms and cook until tender

Step 4 Stir tomatoes into the turkey mixture and bring to a simmer, stirring often. Remove from heat and stir in basil

Step 5 Stir ricotta, egg and salt in a medium bowl. Season with pepper 

Step 6 Assemble the lasagna layer by layer!

Step 7 Bake for 50 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes! Let rest before cutting
