I put together a winter smoothie recipe round-up for you all today. I also threw in a few detox juices while I was at it. I love the idea of keeping smoothie recipes seasonal and allowing the changes in the seasons to change up the usual breakfast routine.
Right now you can find really great citrus and tropical fruits so you’ll see a bunch with those. But there were some other unexpected seasonal ingredients like pomegranate, avocado and even cranberries! Have fun choosing which ones you’re going to try first.
