Kombucha, which is a sweet tart lightly effervescent fermented tea, blends into this fruit and Greek yogurt smoothie, for a probiotic-rich breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup Kombucha, any flavor
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla or plain

Instructions

Puree banana, mango, kombucha and Greek yogurt. In a blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
