- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 or 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder *see note
- 2/3 cup frozen peaches
- 2 tablespoons quick cooking rolled oats {gluten-free if desired}
- Generous pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Puree almond milk, protein powder, peaches, oats and cinnamon until smooth, 45 seconds to 1 minute.

Note* Use one serving of the protein powder that you are using according to the label.
