Description

Whether you are looking for a simple Triscuit appetizer idea that will really wow- with very minimal effort, or you are thinking up brie snack ideas, these Brie Honey Walnut Bites are going to be your new favorite 4-ingredient appetizer. They’re just the thing to whip up for game day, a holiday gathering or just when you are craving a tasty little horse d’oeuvres that is satisfying, a little sweet and totally savory.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 18 Triscuit crackers
  • 6 ounces of Brie or Camembert, cut into 18 squares (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts
  • 6 teaspoons honey

Instructions

  1. Lay Triscuit crackers on work surface. Top with brie, walnuts and honey dividing evenly.

Notes

Cooking Tip: If you purchase non-toasted walnuts, toast them in the oven on a rimmed baking sheet at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. You could also toast them using a non-stick skillet on the stove. Note that no oil is needed for either method.
