Step 1 Roast the chicken bones in a 450 degree oven for 45-55 minutes

Step 2 Add chicken bones to stock pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a simmer.

Step 3 Simmer and skim foam from the surface of the pot

Step 4 Simmer chicken stock for 3 hours

Step 5 Add vegetable and aromatics and cook for one hour

Step 6 Strain, cool and store or freeze the stock for future use!
