Description
This smoky tomato salad dressing made with ripe tomatoes, sherry vinegar and smoked paprika has a woodsy, smoky flavor that pairs beautifully with so many vegetables that are in season during the summer. I love to serve it with grilled eggplant, peppers, zucchini or summer squash or toss it with a big kale salad.
