Ingredients

Step 1 Cook the pasta seperately

Step 2 Add the oil, chopped garlic cloves and onion and saute until starting to caramelize. 

Step 3 Add the carrots and celery. You will also want to add the dry herbs which will help bloom them so they will be more flavorful 

Step 4 Deglaze with white wine

Step 5 Add vegetable broth and zucchini 

Step 6 Crush the canned tomatoes by hand

Step 7 Add beans and pasta at the end and heat through.

Step 8 Stir in the basil and serve!
