Ingredients
Step 1
Heat oil in large skillet and sear chicken thighs. Transfer to crockpot
Step 2
Add onion and water to skillet. Stir in tomatoes, maple syrup, vinegar, mustard, paprika, salt and chipotle. Put mixture in crockpot
Step 3
Cover the crockpot and cook on low, undisturbed for 4 hours
Step 4
Shred chicken with two forks before serving. Serve with the braising sauce!
