Ingredients

Step 1 Cook pasta

Step 2 Heat oil in a large straight-sided skillet or sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add anchovy, garlic and crushed red pepper

Step 3 Add red and yellow peppers, onion, salt and cook

Step 4 Stir in tomato puree and capers and bring to simmer

Step 5 Stir in the drained pasta and stir to combine over low heat. Serve!
