Step 1 and 2 Prep baking pan and preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl

Step 3 and 4 Beat together butter, oil, and sugar. Mix together liquid ingredients in a separate bowl.

Step 5 and 6 Add buttermilk and dry mixture to the batter. Pour cake batter into the prepared pan.
