This Ground Turkey Crockpot Chili is the best ever! It is veggie-loaded and so simple to prepare. Just sit back and relax and let the crockpot do all the work.

Ingredients

Step 1 Heat oil in skillet, add turkey and break into pieces.

Step 2 Sprinkle the spices and stir well. Pour in water and scape any browned bits. Remove from heat and add turkey mixture into slow cooker. 

Step 3 Add peppers, zucchini, onion, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, beans, tomato paste and garlic into the turkey mixture and stir well. 

Step 4 Cover and set on low for 8 hours, or 4 hours on high.

Step 5 Taste and add sugar (or syrup) if desired. Serve topped with optional garnishes.
