This easy Ground Turkey Pasta Bake is loaded with lean ground turkey, hearty pasta, and fresh veggies, and smothered in a deliciously light creamy sauce. This is a delicious weeknight meal!
Step 1 and 2
Boil and salt water. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and keep warm. Preheat oven to 400 F and coat casserole dish with cooking spray
Step 3 and 4
Cook turkey, break up with a spoon and brown. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Use the same skillet to cook veggies and herbs until softened.
Step 5 and 6
Sprinkle flour over the veggie mixture, and stir until completely dissolved. Pour in broth and milk. Add back in turkey. Simmer until thickened.
Step 7 and 8
Stir in greek yogurt until smooth. Combine the pasta, sauce, turkey, peas, and parmesan in the pasta pot. Stir to combine well.
Step 9 and 10
Transfer the mixture into the casserole dish. Top with Fontina. Bake until bubbling and cheese is melted - 10-15 minutes
