Step 1 and 2 Brown the potatoes and transfer to plate. Use the same skillet to make scrambled egg and ham mixture

Step 3 and 4 Top potatoes, eggs and ham mixture with cheese. Let it melt a bit. Assemble the burritos, adding salsa in each.
