Key Ingredients For This Recipe

Vanilla vodka

I like to use Absolut vanilla vodka but use whichever you prefer. You could even infuse your own if you’re feeling crafty.

Pear juice

Pear juice is so velvety and thick. The label says 2 grams of fiber, which means there are more fruit solids than in other clear juices like apple juice. The texture is more akin to a very light smoothie rather than juice. And the taste is the essence of pear.

You can find pear juice with other natural juices at good supermarkets, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, etc.
