These pink Yogurt cups with clementine hearts have no added sugar. They are naturally sweetened with fruit. They are a healthier way to celebrate Valentine’s day with your kids. No dye and no candy!



  • 1 cup pitted soft dates
  • boiling water
  • 1 10-ounce bag raspberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 8 Cuties hearts
  • whipped cream (optional)


  1. Place dates in a heat proof bowl or measuring cup. Pour boiling water over them to cover. Let sit until room temperature, about 30 minutes. Meanwhile puree raspberries and strain through a fine mesh sieve. Discard seeds.
  2. Strain dates. Puree in a food processor until smooth, scraping down sides to make the puree as smooth as possible. Add the strained raspberry puree, yogurt and cinnamon (if using.) Puree until smooth. Divide among four bowls. Serve with the Cuties hearts and whipped cream (if using.)
