Nutty Banana Pops. Home-made pops made with Banana and Peanut butter.
- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ cup Silk unsweetened soy beverage
- 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons dark pure maple syrup
- Puree banana, Silk, peanut butter and maple syrup in a blender until completely smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 6 popsicle molds. Freeze until firm, about 5 ½ hours. Thaw molds under warm running water until the popsicles release from the mold when pulled by the stick.
