A holiday Negroni cocktail with cranberries, Campari, fresh tangerine juice, gin and sweet vermouth.



  • 2 tangerines
  • Tons of ice
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries, picked and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup sweet vermouth
  • 1/3 cup dry gin
  • 1/3 cup Campari


  1. Cut one tangerine in half crosswise, juice and strain. Cut the remaining tangerine into rounds or wedges for garnish. Fill glasses with ice. Puree cranberries and the tangerine juice until the cranberries are just tiny bits. Mix cranberry mixture with vermouth, gin and Campari. Pour or Strain over ice. Garnish with the sliced tangerine.
