Hi! I am Katie and I am glad you're here. Have a look around, have a bite to eat. My blog is all about healthy recipes and cooking. I swoon over spicy arugula and go weak in the knees for spring’s first beets but I also like a little bacon and my first solid food as a child was a Philly cheese steak. Maybe that’s why when it comes to cooking, I believe in everything in moderation. I try to buy local and I cook with whats in-season here in Vermont. And the absolute best part of my day is enjoying what I’ve cooked with my two green bean-eating daughters and husband at our family table.
